I am a UX designer and Experience Strategist with 12 years of experience solving complex problems to help simplify people's digital experiences. I have managed design teams and led design projects for world class brands and organizations including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Shiseido, GM, adidas and Reebok. I believe that user experience is critical to the success of any organization and that user centered design is one of the most important components of both product strategy as well as business strategy.
